For sale are these sick Maison Margiela fusion sneakers, famously known as the cum sneaker (for obvious reasons). This is a classic deconstructed sneaker look, covered in hot glue and wrapped wildly in laces. This is from MMM line 10, which is mens artisinal, and generally the most sought after. This colourway is one of the rarer ones. Tagged size 43, fits true to size IMO, maybe a half size up. Very padded and bulky feeling. Marks throughout, are intentional. Some of the glue is loose but this happens easily and can be glued back down.
